Supporting Healing, Empowering an Authentic life.
You are so welcome here
Perhaps you are a little unsure where to start? In this therapeutic space, my focus is on creating a safe, nurturing environment where you feel heard, valued, and understood. My approach is gentle and collaborative, respecting where you’re at and helping to guide you at a pace that feels right, free from judgement.
Therapy is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, to explore fears for the future and pain of the past, and to gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back whether that be in relationship with yourself or with others.
Therapy offers a chance to build resilience and self-esteem, strengthen your self-awareness, and develop tools for navigating life’s challenges.
Whether you’re looking to heal, grow, or simply understand yourself better, therapy is an empowered journey of discovery, to feel more authentic, balanced, and alive!
Meet Kathryn
Hello!
I’m a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist working with adults in the UK, both face to face and online. I’m a mum of two, wife of one!, daughter, sister, and friend living in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
My professional background began in design then found its way into HR, which led me to the world of therapy which I deeply care about. I love working closely with people, I enjoy sea swimming, am a novice Goldsmith, and can’t resist a good cooking program!
I believe people matter. Each and every one of us has an individual story that has shaped our beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. Once we understand that story and gain insight of our unique experience, we have the knowledge to heal, and knowledge is power. My aim is not only to help you unlock this power, but to help equip you with the tools to use long after therapy with me has ended.
Areas of expertise include: self-esteem, anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, grief, trauma, childhood trauma, domestic abuse, anger management, maternal mental health, parenting, working with parents of children who have additional needs.
